Stone Table Review has now seen its first full cycle of publication, and as we begin our second volume of works, we are once more aware of the generosity and faith our writers show in the journal. This issue—like the previous two—is filled with excellent work by thoughtful and wise authors.

But as we become more visible and better known, we also attract works from a larger pool of writers, and the diversity of works reflects this. We have, for instance, our first mixed media works. And, more of our writers come from non-academic backgrounds; some have published in more popular periodicals; some of the works in this issue are edgier or more experimental than in other issues. In short, we are beginning to reap the benefits of appearing in the popular marketplace of the web community.

At this season's return, our journal presents work rooted and nourished in the most vital reading and writing population currently available. As more readers find us, and more writers come to us, Stone Table Review grows stronger and better able to support the needs of our expanding community. As always, we are grateful for your continued support of this shared feast.
